If you have the fees deducted from your Federal refund the IRS will send your whole refund to a 3rd party bank SBTPG to have the fees taken out.
If your Efile was Accepted and the IRS website has a release date, you can check SBTPG website to see if they received your refund for direct deposit. You can also see the account the deposit is going to. Follow the steps outlined on the SBT website.
