To clear a return and start a new one it says to click on Tax Tools in the menu on the left, but I don;t have that option. How can I clear it and start over?

To clear a return and start a new one it says to click on Tax Tools in the menu on the left, but I don;t have that option. How can I clear it and start over?

The options under TOOLS can be blocked behind the left side-bar. Slide the scroll bar next to it.
