This year my mother is claiming me as a dependent. However turbo tax is asking me to fill out 1095-A and asking for Recipeints SSN. I'm not sure what to do.

"form 1095-a - insurance exchange (untitled): recipient's ssn you have indicated you can be claimed as a dependent. this 1095-a must be reported on the tax return of the person who can claim the dependent exemption. please delete this copy of form 1095-a, and have the 1095- a reported on that person's tax return." I don't fully understand this.

You will need to delete the form 1095-A and your mother will need to enter your 1095-A on her return since she is claiming you as a dependent.  You do not need to have it on your return. 

To do this you will click Tools>>Tax Tools>>Delete a Form>>Delete next to form 1095-A.

You can then skip going back through that section.  In the beginning interview you may have indicated that you have health insurance through the marketplace which would trigger the form 1095-A to be part of your personalized interview questions.
