I would hope that they elevated this issue and it's all hands on deck to fix it. How many people like myself rely on TurboTax (I use H&B version) to do their taxes who are self-employed and have to file a Schedule C? Looks like I may need to reconsider and use another program after being with TT for over 30 years.
@MoniqueBernardo It isn't just the 1099, I deleted my 1099s to see if that was it and I still can't file my schedule F

I have the same problem as you, and today is 1/31/24. Two days beyond the opening date for filing. I am still waiting for the electronic filing to start. Has the electronic filing been approved by IRS yet?
I am having the same problem. Never had this problem before. Have you been able to find out any more information on when we can start fileing?
I had a nice lady walk me through the return and she could not find any issues of why I can not e file I called back the next day to check and see if they found an issue and the new person was rude and would not help and would not even provide a name than hung up on me. I am so confused on why I can not file nothing different from past 10 years

It's now the 31st and it's still not allowing me to efile schedule C. When will this be resolved?
This is horrible I been talking to people at TurboTax and nobody knows why they say just wait!!! It’s only when you have a schedule C and tried the H&R Block software and I was able to file thinking they just lost a client of many years. Wasn’t much more difficult than Turbo Tax something to get use to.

There are no forms to correct they won’t let me sign up

Spoke with IRS this morning 1/31/24 and Rep checked their records/info for 25 minutes and confirmed that she found NO notes/messages that there was any issues with Tax Regulations Nor were there any issues with any backlog of Updates pertaining their forms. She even checked each form within my tax return and found No problem with any of the business forms. She suggested that it could be the Turbo Tax Software that has a problem.
