This return has certain forms that can't be e-filed

usually turbo tax tells you that the forms aren't ready not that you can't file until they are.  So I would like to know if this if a fact.  I have the same forms that I had last year, nothing special or different retirement income schedule C that's it.

Well I need the schedule C so will have to wait till 2/1 If I still cant file I will switch to another tax program

My turbo tax is the premier and I am not filing any forms that I have not had in the past.  It has no errors but says I cannot efile my federal.  Something is wrong with the program.

Message reads--- Can't print state for review: Says Your Ca return is currently unavailable to view, print or down load because some of the forms havent been finalized yet.

What is the deal this is January 30, 2023, state has been excepting returns since early January. When is this going to be fixed? 2023 turbo tax has been a pain in the ass had trouble down loading and installing the program a couple people I spoke with at the 888 number told me the problem was on my end and tried to sell me a NSS program for a lot of money.  They sounded like a couple of used car salesman.  They didn't even offer to walk me thru the down load and instillation.

I am having the same issues and am using the same forms for the past 15 years.  Last year I filed on Jan 31. I have just tried again to e file (1-30-24) and am getting the same rejection notice. Will try again on Jan 31 but am getting frustrated and do not want to file by mail. Turbo Tax should be able to understand and solve this problem. Was told by a rep that the 31st was the magic date. Hope it works.

for my clarification, do you mean if i fill in my business name or do you mean if i fill in my business description that it causes the error message that the return can't be filed.

I tried to e-file today and receiving the same message about certain federal forms can’t be e-filed. Has anyone been able file yet?  All my forms appear to be available according to the link.

Turbotax has now officially acknowledged the problem and working on it.

The problem with this is TT is not upfront about it.  After spending hours figuring out if I did something wrong, searching for known bugs, and finding online chat support, then I found this post.  This is the last year I am using TT

If you check the threads TT has been living to people for 3 weeks, I've been told 3 different stories as well, they are blatant frauds.
