How to use downloaded California state corporation income tax?

I have purchased the California corporation state income tax program online but can't get into it

From within your business return in TurboTax Business, select the State tab at the top of the screen.  Then you should be able to select to start California.

There is no state tab when opening old file (to amend existing file)

I already used the downloaded california state tax in one of my accounts. I want to use it on another with same computer I am using

Is this for the separate Business program on a Windows computer?  Is it the same kind of business return like 1120 or 1065?
