No that’s incorrect. It’s not a double charge. It’s two separate charges, one for $80 and the other is for $45. They are from 2020 but I have used these services since 2018. The agent on the phone did not know what to do because she said there was no receipt or order assigned to the charges. It got escalated and they tried to tell me it was from services from 3 years ago even though those services were already paid and for different amounts.

I already contacted customer support. They were unable to provide any orders tied to the charges on my account and are refusing to remit a refund. How do I get a hold of someone in an escalated position? The agent on the phone said I should file a claim with my credit card company and she even said she would never file her own taxes with TurboTax. What do I do here to get my money back?
