The desktop version will not let me fill in the energy improvement address. It gives me a gray block with the field names and not else. How can I get this issue fixed?

I need to post a screenshot for people to understand this. The gray block clearly has form parts in it, but I cannot tab to them to enter values.

Some folks have had success if the go to Forms Mode to fill in the address directly on the form.
