I need tech support to solve an ongoing problem. When starting TurboTax, it always askes for activation code. I have only installed it once but have used code 5 times to sign into program. Now it will not start up the TT program . I have the Home & Business version and downloaded it from Amazon. I have tried all 4 methods given in the online Help file to correct the problem but still does not work. When I was able to sigh on, the program would update and load. It loads my browser to use online help and has e-filed one return. I need to file a family member's return as I have been able to do in the past. I need this problem solved. I can not spend hours online trying to get a new activation code every time I start the program.
I have turned off virus prg and firewalls, but program still will not load and work.

very bad support cannot answer simple questions/ they have to text someone else or email to relay questions and answers

How can I transfer the federal information from 2019 (after hard drive failed and was restored to a new hard dive) I have filed the 2019 state programs and don't need or want to purchase them again.
Please let me know the workaround to allow me to go forward to 2020 filing in Turbo Tax.
Are you using the online or desktop version of Turbo Tax? and are you saying that you have already filed both 2019 state and federal or just 2019 state? Please clarify so that we may better assist.
