You said you are getting a "denial", but didn't say what the exact message was.   So I'll assume it's the same message as the title of this thread.    If your message is different, then you'll need to explain more.

The Alabama forms should be available for efiling according to these tables.

Were you also unable to efile the Federal return?   There are several less-common Federal forms that aren't yet available for efiling. See if you have one of them in your Fed return:

I too tried to efile my NC return a couple of weeks ago and got the message that the forms would be ready on Feb 24.  Today Turbotax says the 2 state forms are ready but the receipt for the efile fee I paid is "unsupported"!!!

I also had the same problem since last week!  I tried calling the call center and when the line answers they tell me they can't hear me.... tried couple more times and you can hear the call center talking about their refrigerator with a family member. The other one was talking to another person and did not bother to identify the company like the first caller did.  Sadly she could not hear me!  What's going on Turbo Tax?

This is a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but we may be able to help you here.  However, this thread has 11 pages of multiple users with variations on efiling issues, so it's unknown which "same problem"  you are referring to.  

Are you trying to efile a state return?   If so, what state?   If I had to guess from your forum username, I would guess Florida.    Florida has no state income tax.   Only people who have Florida businesses or rental property with tangible personal property have to file a DR-405 with the county property appraiser by April 1.    We can tell you more about that once you confirm your state and efile issue.

Why does it say that my tax was rejected. I have not received any of my stimulus  checks none of them . Was told that my ex wife filed and got them without my permission.  What can I do about that [PII removed]

@Elcabron  I'm afraid that the IRS has no way to deal with this situation right now, and no plans on coming up with a way.  You will need to consult an attorney about that situation.  You were entitled to a total of $3200 for yourself (unless you had a high income or you owed back child support) so you should definitely consult with your attorney to see what you need to do to recover that money.
