My tax return is on hold pending ongoing updates to interview questions regarding Form 1095-A. Turbotax tells me to log in my account on or after february 20th to review my answers. I don't understand what the problem is and why I can't fix it before Feb 20.

This happened to me as well.
This error should be corrected. You might need to delete your 1095-A and re-enter it. If you have dependents, you should look for this box.
