I need to speak to someone regarding a problem with TurboTax Premier. How do I obtain a Support ID.

this is not at all helpful, keeps going around in circles.
I paid for the Premier Desktop edition. What is my Support ID. When I contact Support, they ask for it and I have no idea where to find it. HELP!
A Support ID is issued by TurboTax support for a problem that you report.
There is not a Support ID based on the software you purchased.
What exactly is the problem you are having with the TurboTax program or your 2022 tax return?
I received a CP30 notice for Underpayment Penalty.
TurboTax calculated my penalty as $0.
IRS thinks I owe them a penalty of $1003.
I have already entered all the information in Turbo Tax, and I also see that Form 2210 was submitted with my return.
How do I resolve the mismatch between what Turbo Tax is saying and what IRS is saying?
See this IRS website for the CP30 notice - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/understanding-your-cp30-notice
Contact the TurboTax Audit Support Center for assistance with the CP30 you received.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to contact the TurboTax Audit Support Center - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-audit/turbotax-audit-support/L6AcMoN...
wondering if you had any luck. I have the same issue. $1348 in penalty says IRS. I want to see where TurboTax went wrong. Very annoying!
Turbotax calculates an estimated underpayment penalty based on the info YOU entered in the program. This is NOT covered by the accuracy guarantee.
The fed/state reserve the right to calculate the underpayment penalty based on the info they have on file and add any penalties & interest the deem needed. If you believe they are incorrect then read the notice they sent you to see what your options are to refute their determinations.
Wow! Aggressive customer service message with the yelling YOU!!!
TT said I had no underpayment penalty when I filed. So I didn’t bother with the quarterly income questionnaire (I think it is called 2210) since I didn’t seem to have a problem.
TT was clearly wrong. After 20+ years, maybe it is time for me to switch vendors.
I don't work for TT and this is a public internet forum and some words need to be emphasized in print since you cannot hear my voice.
