Help!
I'm trying to submit my return, using downloaded TurboTax on Win10 machine.
Here's the message when trying to transmit the return:
However when doing the online update. .... Turbotax says its up to date and that there are no updates available.
The return is for Federal, NY and PA.
I have already downloaded and installed the manual update referenced in this link ...https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/updating/help/manually-update-turbotax-for-windows-soft[product ke... ..... the install ran fine, but no change in my issue.

finally got it to work, none of the work-arounds, or zip files, or the other download did anything, but the final suggestion to remove turbo tax from your computer and reinstall did work, and the big plus was that nothing was lost, all the forms were still available from my file, so nothing had to be re-entered.
Side note it took a few HOURS to do all the work arounds and other stuff, and this problem was known for over a month, Will NOT be buying turbo tax next year, felt the paying 20 to efile my states, when they KNEW I could not submit them was a true scam, it would have been faster to WALK to the post office than the DAYS it took to follow each suggestion that was sent to me,
Sorry Turbo Tax you have lost a long time customer, I can find cheaper and more reliable products than yours
The NY state update doesn't work. Here's the error message:

OK - I did a full uninstall of TurboTax, reinstalled, and now am able to transmit the file.
Painful that this was required, and not a good reflection on TurboTax, but at least it finally worked.
I have the same issue. Federal and IL. I have done the manual update but it did not anything to resolve the issue. It appears as if this is known issue which is even more frustrating. The work around link only includes NY and MA. So what is being done to fully resolve the issue?
I agree that this B***S***. Someone should have caught this bug before the software was distributed. Every year I say that its that last year I use TT. Since my taxes are simpler now during retirement this is the last straw.
This may be an issue with your web browser. Clear your browsers cookies and cache then reboot your computer. If this does not solve the issue post a reply for additional help.
