There's wide variation.  There are over 40 state tax agencies each doing their own thing.   I'll tell you how to check with your specific state below.

Some states are fairly quick with refunds, while other states can take a long time processing returns--even several weeks--as they crack down on detecting fraudulent returns.     Here are some things you should check:

First, you need to be sure your state return was successfully filed.   If you efiled, be sure your efiled state return was accepted.  If you used Online TurboTax, you can check by looking at the Tax Home in your Online account.

Or did you choose to file by mail instead?  TurboTax does not mail it for you.  If you chose that method, you have to print, sign, date, and mail it.

Is already accept,and my friend today the state tax refund come,this one all differant?or all same?thank you

There's no way to predict when a state tax refund will arrive, and it's not the same for everyone.   You can only go by the state's refund lookup tool.   What do you see when you look it up?  What state is it?

  At least you know they received it.  While the GA refund website says allow up to 12 weeks, it doesn't always take that long.  I've seen others say 3-5 weeks is common for GA.   Everyone's return is different.  It all depends on how much processing the return requires, or if they want to look closer at anything.   Sometimes a tax agency will  even choose random returns for more processing.   So you'll just have to keep checking that GA refund lookup tool occasionally.
