"State return accepted" but no status update for four weeks and only able to preview state return

Hi!

I filed my federal and state returns with TurboTax on 1/19/22. My federal return was accepted on 1/21/22, and I received my refund on 2/2/22. TurboTax wasn't able to file my state return yet, but on 1/19/22 I received the email from TurboTax that said "Your tax forms are ready...Sign into TurboTax and pick up where you left off to complete your return."

I signed in but there wasn't any action for me to take. No prompts, buttons, links, forms, nothing. On 1/24/22 I received notification that my state tax return was accepted.

I haven't heard anything since, and when I log in today - four weeks later - my state tax return is still only available in preview mode. So, it has a bunch of text running across it saying "DO NOT FILE," "FORM NOT FINAL," "DO NOT EMAIL," etc.

What I'm trying to understand is whether this is a glitch that I need to take any action on? Either (a) my state tax return hasn't actually been filed or accepted when TurboTax is saying it is, or (b) it has and TurboTax hasn't generated the actual tax return for me to download for my records.

Anyone else have this problem and get resolution? Thanks!
