Hello! I received the below e-mail early morning. I logged in and checked sign in & security account activity, there is an alert "More than one account is using your information". I tried to call customer support but it's not available on weekends and it will be over 48 hours if I wait till Monday morning. Is there anyone who can stop this fraudulent tax return from being filed? Any number I can call? E-mail?

Do you have more than 1 account? It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you have already e-filed your 2021 federal tax return and it has been Accepted by the IRS, another tax return with your name and Social Security number cannot be e-filed. The IRS would automatically Reject the e-filed tax return.
