Schedule B Line 7a

I am running Smart Check on my Federal Return.  I am getting an error on line 7a of schedule B.  I have No checked.  I run the check and it tells me it should be blank.  I uncheck it and run the check and it tells me it needs be checked.  What am I doing wrong?

To clarify, did you have more than $1500 in interest income and was there a foreign tax reported on line 6 on a 1099 INT or Line 7 of a 1099 DIV?

You must remove the mark in the No box on the second question of line 7a and mark the No box on the first line.  When the No box on the first line is marked, both the Yes and No box for the second question must remain unmarked.

Thank you for your response.  I had no foreign transactions.
