Which type of 1099?
If it is a 1099-MISC for rental income, enter it in the Rentals section.
If the 1099 is for services rendered or goods sold, enter it in the Business Income section.

Yes, you can enter 1099-NEC in TurboTax business as a business income for your S corporation.
