Refund

Hello I was Told I would Able to get a refund based on my situation when I filed Online with my taxes . I had Someone do my taxes prior to and wasn’t getting any responses from them to know if they were submitted or anything in that nature and the lady told me go ahead and see if it will go through with us and if not contact you guys for refund it didn’t go through with you guys because return had already been submitted and agi was already used ... so is there away i can get my refund
