I was charged 79.99 for Delux that I didn't want, didn't use, and didn't order. I was also charged 25.00 to get it five days early, which I also didn't order. I'm not sure if the buttons are preselected by TurboTax this year or what, but I have been using them for years and never had this problem. When I tried to "Clear and Start Over" it said it couldn't be done because I already paid. But I hadn't even filed yet! How can you charge for something that you haven't delivered yet? So I go on to try and get a refund, and they say they can't find that order number, which I copied and pasted from their own website. So I guess I will contact my state attorney general and see if they can get it back for me. This seems to happen to a lot of people; maybe we can get a class action going if I don't get a refund for 79.99 and the 25.00 by tomorrow, I'll go ahead and file. Anyone else interested in joining me?
