I logged into my account a couple days ago and as I logged on it told me that I needed to complete my file which I did, not knowing it was refiling my tax return from 2018 and now it says “filed 2019” “refund 0” but I looked at the numbers that have been filed and they’re not the right ones it’s from 2018. And I can’t go back or do anything to put in my 2019 W-2

I’m having the exact same problem I was filing and when I entered my employers ID, my app closed out and when I opened it back up it said it sent and now it’s saying $0 refund and I can’t do anything to change it.

my w-2 says 0 refund I have a print out of my w2 in front of me, not sure what your processes is in getting my w-2 info. From my work place?
