I am currently filling my 2020 taxes. I reside outside the US and I do not have a US bank account. With Turbotax, I am stuck at the "File" part because I cannnot provide a US address. I am eligibile for free e-filing. As far as I know, I can decide to receive my federal refund via mail. How can I do that?

The IRS allows you to have a foreign address on your tax return. They usually contacts you through correspondence by mail. To see how to enter the foreign address in the program, click here: Foreign address
However, you cannot e-file as IRS regulations require a U.S. bank account to receive your tax refund, and you'll need a U.S. bank account (or credit/debit card with a U.S. billing address) if paying additional federal taxes owed.
To file by mail, here are the step:
In the TurboTax program,
I do not owe any taxes. Do I still need a US account?
And I am using the Intuit Turbotax service online, how do I select for "file by mail" I am stuck in the first step of three steps of the steps shown. It wants me to enter a US address which I do not have. How can I overcome this?
