Couldn’t find a topic area to post this.  But on my iPhone there is a big box asking if you want a Full Service expert…….  It is taking up a lot of my screen.  How do you dismiss, delete or exit it?   It starts out with a bubble Ask AI Concierge then automatically jumps to the FullService box.  Is the Give Feedback blocking a X or something?  See my screenshot.

The X to dismiss the prompt is at the top right corner.  I don't know if you can scroll right or pinch to shrink, I suppose it depends on your phone. However, it comes back every time I change to a different page or topic.  It should remember that you dismissed it and not come back.   I'll post it to the mods but you know how it goes.

Yeah the X must be hiding under the blue give feedback on the right side.   I can’t get rid of that either.  Zooming in or out doesn’t affect it.  Do you have  give feedback button on any screens?  It’s on all mine.

I have a feedback button when I get down to the forum level but it doesn't cover the X.  It also doesn't do anything, just turns the screen gray and brings up another X to close it--there is probably supposed to be a function there but it doesn't work.  You may have a phone with a shorter screen so the feedback and expert blocks overlap.

Have you tried a different browser?  I just loaded the Brave browser (which has improved privacy features) and it blocks or doesn't show the expert box or the blue feedback tab.  You can also try Opera which I have occasionally used, supposed to be more efficient and use less power on mobile.

Hey I found it!   I went into iPhone settings for Safari and turned on the Tab Bar.  Then in Safari I clicked on tab bar right side and it gave me options like Hide Distracting Items and Show Hidden Items.   I was able to hide the Give Feedback button which let me see the X.  Have to play with it some more.

Good.  I got the expert help box hidden too.   Can’t wait for an Event day.  Those are worse and take up more screen.  Hope I can finally hide those top and bottom banners too!
