Program had me do an update between reviewing my Fed return and starting my state return. I am now in an installer error loop" 1603, fatal error during installation.

Why does this page not have a place to contact technical support?  Have run through the pop-up list of solutions to try twice now without any luck of getting out of the error loop.

You may need to install a manual update.  See the TurboTax Help article Error 1603: "A fatal error occurred during installation or updating" for guidance.
