Problem with box 11

On the federal tax return screen, (1099 r screen)  it's asking me to complete box 11 and I've never contributed to a Roth ira account.  It will not allow me to move on until I put a date in here.  I tried putting in a dummy date and had to go back and delete it because it changed the amount of my taxes to a lesser number.  Does anyone know if there is a problem with box 11 or why it is asking me to put something in there??

To clear this problem delete the Form 1099-R and then re-enter manually.
