printign issues

I am using turbotax deluxe 2019 downloaded from Amazon. Printing federal returns page will print 3/4 of the page leaving around 3" from the bottom up without printing. I tried PDF file and print them separately but same result but states returns print fine. Any advise??? I'm printing on an Epson all on one XP-7100 without not issues.

Try the following:

1. Select Help in the top panel of the program
2. Select TurboTax Help Center
3. Search printer
4. Review the results as there may be a fix that will address your specific issue you are having with your printer
