Premium live

I never signed up for premium live and I never used the service however I'm being charged for this? I was told the only option is to start my taxes over, otherwise pay the high ransom? How is there no way to change it?

You should be able to remove the Live option.

Unfortunately the only way to not pay the ransom I would have to start over. It seems suspect, I even called before I paid and they couldn't fix the issue.
