Pls help - "Oops. We’re having a little trouble processing your billing information. Please select "contact us" from the help panel to speak with an expert to assist you"

Has anyone run into this error when trying to pay by credit/debit card and resolved it? I've tried different cards, web browsers and formats of my billing address but the errors persists. The credit/debit card companies said they didn't see any transaction requests, so the error must have occurred at the TurboTax end.

The billing department you need is located in Mountain time zone.  Call customer service after 9:00 AM and before 4:00 PM Mountain time and request to speak to the billing department.  They are open Monday through Friday and only department that can help you with that issue.

Thank you both. I did speak with a TurboTax rep on the phone yesterday, but it didn't sounds like she is par of the billing department.  We spent ~ 1 hour trying different cards, browsers and computers at to no avail. I will ask for the billing department when I call again.

If you have already attempted all basic troubleshooting steps, clearing cache and cookies, different browser, logging out and completing rebooting, please try the steps in the below TurboTax FAQ:

Thank you. I have tried not only the solutions on the linked page but also the Turbox Tax App.
Neither went through. The App gave me this error.

Please contact our phone support team for one-on-one assistance. Additionally, you may review this help resource. Although the error message varies, it is a similar billing issue.
