Isn't there a "Friends and Family" option for paying with Paypal? They don't deduct fees and it is like just transferring money to another person.

I need to pay with a credit card as a "purchase". The "Friends and Family" option doesn't work anymore with a credit card as it now charges the card as a cash advance. It used to be coded as a purchase.

You are correct. When I had the option to pay friends and family with a credit card they wanted to take off 3% or so as fees. Can't you pay friends and family with a credit card, but you would have to pay the fees from the cc company. Would it then be a business expense?
