Passive Loss Carryover - Schedule E, for years 2020 and 2021

Hi,

I followed the "enter passive losses from a prior year" section. 

While looking at my 2020 taxes I find I (likely) have REGULAR TAX and ATM losses to report from Schedule E.  However I see differing amounts for 2020 and 2021...which do I input here?

TurboTax is asking for the 2020 Passive Loss Carryover.   Enter the amount of the 2020 Passive Loss Carryover.   Turbo Tax will compute the 2021 passive loss and the amount that will be carried over while computing your return,
