Click the Update button to the right of Partnerships/LLCs (Form 1065) and then click Add Another K-1 (see screenshot).

I need to enter a second form associated with a K-1 I have already entered, BUT I cannot get back to  the actual K-1 input form where I originally entered the partnership info...

if you are logged into your Turbo Tax return:

  1. Go to federal>wages and income>see all income
  2. S-corps, Partnerships, and Trusts>show more>Schedule K-1>edit

  3. There you should see your K1's listed.

  4. Select edit next to that.

Is there an AUTO DOWNLOAD facility in TT Home & Business to download the K-1 as there is for downloading Brokerage statement directly from the Broker's web site?

No, you can't import schedule K1.
