Our state return was rejected and we received the correction code, but we cant access our state return to make the corrections. How do we enter the correct data?

We simply need to make a change on our state return, but
Turbo Tax won't let us edit our return to correct the issue.

Well, what exactly needs to be changed? Some state edits (such as state withholdings) are made in the Federal tab.

To get back into TurboTax after you've filed:

Sign in to TurboTax.
Under Your tax returns & documents, select Show, and then select 2020.
Now select Add a state (this reopens your return).
Select State from the left menu (on mobile devices, tap in the upper-left corner to open the menu).
On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the instructions.
Do Not amend your return
Go back and change post your new information.

With your return open, select the State Taxes tab near the top. This will take you to the state section and you can proceed from there.
