We ordered and paid for TurboTax Desktop Advantage Premier for 2022 on November 1, 2022. Credit card was charged. Order number issued. License number issued. But the CD never arrived. I cannot locate a phone number for assistance. The "general" help phone number has an automated requirement; needs "Support Number". I don't have a "support number". Need help!!! Thanks.

Are you sure you are suppose to get a CD? Maybe you got the download since you got the License Code. See if you have the download in your account......
If you are an Advantage subscriber sign onto your Advantage account to download
Good news ... as an advantage member you also get the option to download the program from your advantage account so even if the CD never shows, shows up damaged or you lose it in the future you always have access thru the download function.
If you are on the Advantage Auto renewal program and ordered the CD you will also get both the Windows and Mac Downloads. So you don't have to wait for the CD or if you don't have a CD drive or if you need to install it again.
To access your download, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and look for My Downloads.

Way down at the bottom of the downloads page it says:
TurboTax products ordered on a CD won’t show as an available download in the above list. If you ordered a CD but want to access TurboTax as a download instead, enter your license code here – you’ll find your license code in the instructions that came with the CD.
The license code was also available at the top of the list and in an e-mail that I was sent.
Yes, we ordered the CD version, not the Download:
TURBOTAX DESKTOP ADVANTAGE PREMIER TAX YEAR 2022 CD
The CD is really a useless piece of plastic that only house's the installation file which requires an update the moment you install it ... useless ...please just use the download in your account instead.
