My employer did not send me a 109 5-8 a with my W-2 tax return information they only sent a 1095 - c. When I was filing my taxes with TurboTax it did not ask me if I had a 1095 - c it only asked if I had a 109 - A. There is no point where I could submit my 109 5-0 form and now filing for my taxes this year may get rejected because I did not receive a 109 5-8 a form from my employer.

Hey Champ thanks for the quick response! Does that mean I don't have to enter in my 109 5c form? Because it didn't ask me to enter any information for my 1095 C form.. it only asked if I had a 1095 a form..
Correct...You do NOT enter the Form 1095-C on a tax return. Keep the form for your own records.
A Form 1095-C or a Form 1095-B is not entered anywhere on a tax return.
Only if you received a Form 1095-A for health insurance provided through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges would the Form 1095-A have to be entered on a tax return.
