number entry problem

has this happened to anyone else? I missed posting an 1040-ES entry. After the review of my return, I realized my estimated tax payment for 2022 was too low, found my mistake, went back to estimated tax payment screen, went to the first quarter payment block to add a number in. It would not respond. I tried clicking number lock, use a different sset of number key, nothing. I went on to other screens, I could enter anything i wanted. Gone back to the estimated tax screen, it is still frozen. How do I unfreeze this screen?
