It sounds like you are wanting to file certain forms that haven't been released yet. If that is the case, please click the below links to check form availability for federal and state forms:

If the ineligible form set is within the state docs and I able to file the federal electronically and sent the state via mail?

That is correct. If the state form is available for mailing then you can e-file federal return and print/mail the state return.

I e filed my state tax and I owe them I thought I had set it up to come out of my checking account on April 15 I checked this morning and it still hasn’t what can I do
