Not accepting Document Number on license

Can you clarify if this is for New York? In general, the first three numbers have to match so if your license number is shorter than the field (which is 10 I believe, and people with eight digits see this issue the most) add zeros to the end to complete the entry. Post again if it is a different state or this does not work.

Hi MaryK4! It is a NYS license and I was putting in the entire number when all it needed was the first 3 letters. I figured it out but thank you for responding to my question.
