I am already set up with a payment plan for the fed. Not yet with the state but soon can you please file my completed turbo without the money for the state I cant pay them yet.

In the File section of the program on Step 2, when using the online editions, and you have taxes owed, select to pay the taxes owed by mailing a check. Continue and complete the File section to file your tax return. After the tax return has been filed just do not mail a check if you are going to request an installment plan from the state for the taxes owed.

@rubard gillus Who is "they"---the IRS or your state? Did you pay? Do you have proof in the form of a cancelled check or credit card statement?
