Need help importing from Morgan Stanley StockPlan Connect

Every day I try to import from Morgan Stanley and every day Turbotax simply says 

"The 1099 import service for Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect is currently unavailable. Please try your import again later. Please try again on (whatever the next day is)"

 

It never asks my info, never attempts to log in, just says its not available and to try again the following day.  It has been this way every day I have tried for the past 3 days. 

 

Any suggestions?

 

Please don't tell me to contact MS, as TurboTax should at least be asking my info to make the attempt.

 

I have tried calling Turbotax support, which was a giant waste of time as the support person didn't even know importing from a broker was a capability.

 

I am using the desktop version of premier.

    Thank you for the link.  I have checked and confirmed "Morgan Stanley StockPlan Connect" is listed. 

     

    Part of the instruction says "make sure you're using the proper login on the import page"  That is part of the problem.  Turbotax never even asks for it.  As soon as I select Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect" I get the error message that the service isn't available and to try again tomorrow.  And it keeps saying that day after day.  If it was a MS side problem, I would think Turbotax would at least ask for my login info and make the attempt before rejecting me.

     

    Also, the article indicates "We'll display your institution's "ready for import" date in TurboTax."  But it doesn't say where exactly that is shown.  I have multiple brokers, ones that work and this one that doesn't.  None show a "ready for import".

     

    I have tried contacting the support group via phone.  Unfortunately, it was a big waste of time as the agent kept telling me that importing from a broker wasn't even a capability in Turbotax for any broker.

    I also have the same issue. I have been waiting for Morgan Stanley StockPlan Connect import to be available for few weeks now.
