I amended my returns for 2019-2021. 2019 said to send to Fresno, CA and 2020-2021 to Ogden, UT. I have confirmation of receipt from both locations. 2020-2021 are showing up on IRS website but 2019 is not. I can't get ahold of anyone at IRS and automated system only allows me to find out about 2020-2021.
Should I send 2019 to Ogden and include the proof of service that it was delivered to Fresno? I have no confidence that I can reach a live person at the IRS. This was originally received over a month ago so it should be showing up on their system by now.

I don't believe this is a question that Turbotax Support will address.
You have until April 15, 2023 to amend a 2019 tax return assuming the original return was filed on time. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is wait. The IRS was never good about taking phone calls and they're worse than ever now. I think it took 11 months for me to get paid the last time I filed an amended return.
In March, 2023, you can think about mailing a second copy. It's a bit dangerous to send more than one return for the same year since the IRS can get confused, and it might still be in a pile waiting to be opened. I wouldn't mail a a new copy until the last minute. The current version of form 1040-x is revised to be universal and not specific to any one year, so mail the return to the address indicated in the current instruction rather than in the 2019 instructions.
If you have an urgent situation that needs correcting and you are worried about penalties, you may want to speak to a professional.
The Fresno office was closed however mail is still being forwarded so it may take a while to work thru the system.
@Opus 17 - "tiny typo"
April 15, 2023 to amend a 2019 tax return
it's July 15, 2023 for 2019 tax returns because IRS delayed the 2019 tax due date in 2020 because of the pandemic... 2020 tax return would be May 15, 2024 for the same reason.
Sorry for the late reply. It feels like finding my way here is some closely-guarded secret. I got October 15 from the TurboTax person I spoke to go get advice. It's good to hear I have more time to get this resolved.
I contacted support and they only had the same numbers I already tried - only can give me info on amended returns they already received, can't speak to anyone to find out about ones not showing up.
Thanks for the advice, especially on holding off on sending a second copy as it will confuse the IRS. Another person told wrote that the Fresno office is closed which is why the ones that went to Utah (2020 and 2021) are showing up on the system but not Fresno (2019). Hopefully the IRS still has their mail forwarded and wasn't given to whoever rents the PO Box number.
Thanks. It's been two months and still isn't showing up, but at least there is a reason why there is a delay. I just hope the return was forwarded and is somewhere in the system. Luckily, other respondents have told me that the October 15 date I was given was incorrect.
@SilverRaven - figure amendments take 6-8 months from the time of receipt to process. When did you mail them in?
suggest checking weekly here:

My most recent amended return took almost 11 months. I filed it, forgot about it, and the check was a nice little bonus when it finally came in. The IRS is hugely backlogged, was barely competent before the pandemic, and amended returns are low priority.
IRS amendment backlog is dropped: 2 million backlogged in June; now down to 700,000 per IRS report. so you do have to be patient (say 6-8 months from the time you submitted it) but the wait isn't as horrific as it was six months ago.
