If your only income is social security you don’t have to file.
While you may not have any W2 income to report, you may have 1099 income to report as well as SSA payments. I would not assume you do not need to file a tax return based on no W2.
If you accepted the 2021 TurboTax information, did you select 'No' for any previous W2 provider (as in, this no longer applies in 2022)?
TurboTax starts with W2 (screen shows "We'll start with your W-2"). Do not select any of the radio buttons, and click Continue.
You should then see the screen "How do you want to enter your income?". If you select "Walk me through everything", "Your 2022 Income Summary" should then display and it should show Wages and Salaries as $0. You should then be able to select Next Income Section to continue.
