My W2 from CVS (where I worked as a cashier for almost a year) has a completely different address, zip, city, and state on the form itself. Do I correct it? Or leave what’s on the form?

Only use the address that is on the W-2. It does not matter where you physically worked when the company has multiple locations, the corporate address is on the W-2.

Only use the address that is on the W-2. It does not matter where you physically worked when the company has multiple locations, the corporate address is on the W-2.
