Waiting is frustrating—refunds are taking longer in many cases. These are not normal times. It is not possible for TurboTax to speed up the IRS for you. The IRS is short staffed; and they are processing millions of tax returns at the same time that they have been burdened with the task of processing millions of stimulus checks.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I'm sorry I neglected to say thanks for responding to this too! I got so freaking frustrated I stopped messing with it. I'm going to have to contact Intuit about this issue and changing my cell phone number.
But it went from "The IRS has received your Tax Return," to "Your tax return is not processed," to something like, "The IRS does not have your tax return."
Then, a couple of days ago, I got some kind of refund from Intuit, approximately what I paid to get my taxes done through them, so I don't know what's going on with it. I'm going to try to call them tomorrow.

I am having the same issue. Called the IRS today and spoke with someone live and they said it has already been processed and they had no idea why it says on the IRS online account. Maybe it needs time to get updated. Will wait for couple more weeks and then call again :(
@madonnaearthtaxi Did you happen to call IRS and ask them about it. Did the status change on IRS account again or it stays the same? When I called they mentioned it is already processed and they don't know why it says like that online
