My service codes does not apply. I just received a new code and an error message comes back saying it's not valid?

A service code is a special code that applies a discount to the TurboTax Online fee provided by our support specialists for specific, pre-determined reasons. They aren't considered online coupons or "groupons".

We don't issue service codes for third-party discounts from affiliates like USAA because our affiliates have their own TurboTax-branded websites that automatically apply the discount. Learn how to get your discount.

The code you sent me said is invalid or has expired. Pleas sent a new one so i could finish my taxes that is the last step i have to do. Thank you.

If you received an invalid code, you will need to click here to speak with a customer service associate by phone. We do not have access to the codes here in this public forum.
