My return keeps geting rejected and i cant figure out why can u plz help me out with that

What is the rejection code and rejection message you received on the TurboTax email for the rejected tax return?

The message says there is a problem with the 5 number pin code.

For identification purposes, you need to enter either last year’s Self-Select PIN which is a random number that you chose last year or your AGI (Adjusted Gross Income).The IRS requires your 2019 AGI to verify your identity for e-filing.

How do I find last year's AGI?

I put in last years number along with  last years income numbers and nothing works
