Most users experiencing this issue have more than one TurboTax account and don't realize it. In order to access your old returns, you'll need to use the EXACT same login information (same username and password) that you used when filing those returns. I'm linking a TurboTax FAQ below that will help you see how many TT accounts you may have. When you've located the correct account, be sure to stick with that one.
How many Intuit accounts do I have with TurboTax?
Just as Kat mentioned, you may have more than one account. You can try recovering your account with your phone number. All you need is the account information that was used to set up your account. If you don't have that information or you need assistance getting back into your account, you can follow the steps in this TurboTax FAQ here.
My old information has also disappeared from all years..2014 to now.
Turbo tax has a problem.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

This thread keeps disappearing.
I was talking to an expert on your help line and after an hour he disconnected our call. He did access my computer but has no idea what happened to my data or what to do about it.
If you are using a desktop version you can search in the file explorer for *.tax* to find the location of your most recent tax return. This year's Windows file extension is ".tax2022".
If you are using the Web version then see the previous posts on multiple user accounts.
