How can I get my 2023 desktop version to import 2022 data?

The transfer of 2022 in to 2023 has to be done at the very beginning---BEFORE you enter any 2023 data.

I only had a partial update of 2022 data. I have no idea what is going on with TT. too many changes and trying to be too "cute". go back to the basics
