My account was compromised last year, someone used my money account to charge over 4000.00 in charges to Pulse . So I filed a report with credit karma and they contacted?

They contacted Pulse , who returned all of the money back to credit karma, they sent notice of all the returns. But I couldn't provide a valid id at the time so credit karma refused to return my money and closed my account. I now have acquired proper id and now they act like I never had an account with them?
