Missing order/receipt details

Mine is missing and im losing my mind! There is no transparency and i will never file through tt again.

They have done this to thousands of people I’m a part of several Facebook groups as well as Reddit and at first I thought there wasn’t many of us, but I’ve lost count. There is literally so many people. They have done this to and there’s already a few of them that’s contacted attorneys today about it. They’re trying to get a class action lawsuit together

Please 🤣🤣 it isnt even the 24th yet..or whatever your date is on your DDD. Clearly they couldnt give your money to you 5 days early refunded the money & now you just gotta wait. Now if you dont get your money by your ddd then i could see..yall just need to chill out & relax and go out and touch grass for real smh

So why are you here.? People venting about how they spend thier money and expectations of a service "Guaranteed" and this is your response.? Some people are used to transparency especially when you PAY for a service and cant see where your money is and used to getting it early but didnt.  So with that being said that energy youre giving noone asked for. Keep Venting people cant nobody tell you how to feel about anything involving YOUR money. 🙄

It's not about me wanting the deposit early, and I don’t owe you an explanation. If you don’t like my post, feel free to move on—why waste your time commenting if it bothers you so much? Just as a side note, hundreds of people have had their funds withheld and don’t know where their money went after the early deposit was declined. We are being told they have no idea where this money went to after  TurboTax said it got declined. Yet the IRS has told many of us they sent our funds out on the 18th going into the 19th after midnight at some point. This situation is not about me being upset; it relates to the lack of transparency and communication between the customers, TurboTax, and their business partners.

Yeah TT lady not to be rude but I wasn’t given a reason for not getting my 5 day early. I was approved for refund 2/19 at 5:30 am. DDD of 2/24, so that’s 5 days beforehand. My bank and I have spoken and they do not hold deposits. My refund was approved for the amount I got when filing. 
yall not being able to say “we messed up somehow somewhere” is what has us all upset. And not getting straight answers to our questions makes it worse. I’ve used you guys for 10 YEARS and this year, yall lost me as a customer because you’ve gone down hill.

your fees are outrageous, people who got approved 2/19 for a refund date of 2/26 got their 5 day early deposits, I can’t access my tracking on SBTPG because “I don’t have an account,” my receipt says I didn’t order from you this year, yall are a hot MESS and blame us or the IRS for your failings. 
stop shifting blame. Yall headed to a lawsuit and gonna owe people a lot more than you can handle at this point.

Yess!! TT experts are legit gaslighting us!! All i know is 24th better be the day. I myself have no acct either and regardless of who i file with ive always been able to track my funds.! 😭 So praying for the 24th

Literally. I’ve NEVER had an issue when filing with TT, but this year, despite everyone saying last year they had issues, I still went with them because *I* didn’t have any issues AND got my refund early. I’m going to be using Cashapp next year because they have 0 filing fees and also do early refunds.

TT isn’t what it used to be. They’ve failed their most loyal customers and have the absolute GALL to shift blame. They should be waiving all fees for everyone they’ve inconvenienced this year and with how they’ve done all of this.

I'm having the same issue ! Did they tell you where the money went ! I'm definitely not filing with turbo tax next year ! This is absolutely ridiculous. I've been filing with them for the last 7 years but after this .:: I'm done. I can't see my order details and I can't get anyone to give me a direct answer on my money

Exactly!!! it’s sad because like you many of us have been loyal customers for years and this is what we get in return complete lies, and no transparency??? I still have not got a thing and all I know is that money better be in there Monday but at this point, even if it is, there are tons of people who called attorneys yesterday on the matter, and I think that I will still put my name on a petition to move forward with a class action lawsuit. I’ve already spoke to my bank and they do not hold anything, but to give that even more credit there were a few people who did get approved for the five day early, who also bank with my exact institution. I called the IRS yesterday and they confirmed that my funds had been released on the 18th going into the 19th after 12 AM at some point because TurboTax was also trying to say it was because the IRS did not send my funds over.

Unfortunately, no, I have still not got anything, and I still cannot find out where those funds got sent to. I have spent the last two days on the phone with TurboTax, Cross River Bank, and Santa Barbara bank. I am scared to death because not one of those places can tell me a straight answer nor can they tell me where the funds are at so how do I really know they’re going to be there Monday? TT also cannot tell me why my order details have disappeared, at this point it just looks like I never paid for a service with them. I find it really odd that my order details disappeared right after I got an email, officially letting me know they could not fulfill the five day early deposit.

Literally every time I talk to tt they say Irs hasn't sent funds when the Irs will send the day the transcripts are updated and that was the 18th for me as well! Its so crazy bc I filed my husbands taxes on the same day minus the 5 day early and he actually got his funds on the 19th!!! Tt legit hired these so called experts to post irrelevant none sense like we are first time filers and its just crap!!! Im definitely getting in the on the lawsuit against them.. blaming the Irs and banking institutions for their LACK OF is straight diabolical.
