Minnesota Marriage Tax Credit : we meet eligibility requirements but TT Minnesota form says we don't qualify.
Any help? Is there a maximum income level for this credit?

To qualify for the MN marriage credit, both spouses have to have taxable income from wages or self employment, social security, or pensions and:
1. the joint taxable income on the return has be at least $47,000
2. the income from the lower earning spouse has to be at least $30,000
thanks for responding and yes, we meet those requirements and we are also filing jointly which was another requirement. But TT still says "Based on your entries, you do not qualify for Minnesota Marriage Credit for 2024".
That is why I am trying to find out if there is a maximum income to not exceed but it isn't saying that in TT in the requirements for eligibility. Any additional help you or others can provide?
